Please note that Outfall's 009 & 012 did not <br />discharge during the 2011 water year, also please note that Outfall 010 is not yet <br />constructed; therefore no data set are included in this report. <br />Wet Testing for Outfall 007 is quarterly Chronic. Outfalls 011 & 013 have been <br />updated and are now biannually Chronic(amendment II). All other Outfalls (008, 009, <br />and 012) are biannually Acute. Outfall 008 discharged for a short time once during this <br />water year. Outfall 007 did not discharge in the 1 quarter, therefore did not have a <br />Wet Test performed. <br />TR -59 was approved and has relieved Western Fuels - Colorado of monthly and <br />quarterly testing from; SW -N1, SW -N3, SW -N103, SW -N104, and SW -N108 but will <br />continue to be either semi- annually or annually tested. <br />If you have any questions regarding this report of our water monitoring procedures, <br />please contact me at 970.864.7590 or tfry @wfcnucla.org. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas D.
