3) flood hazard and development permit <br />A copy of the Pueblo County Flood Hazard Area Development Permit documents <br />is attached to this letter. <br />4) off site wells within 600 feet of permit boundary <br />There are no wells owned by others within 600 feet of the permit boundary. Off <br />site wells are shown on Exhibit C -1 of the amendment application. <br />5) State Engineer's Office approval <br />A copy of the SEO's approval of the substitute water supply plan is attached to <br />this letter. <br />Exhibit "L" Reclamation Costs <br />The applicant commits to submitting a technical revision prior to construction of <br />the slurry wall.
