I <br />have summarized your comments followed by the applicant's response. <br />Exhibit "D" Mining Plan 6.4.4 <br />Item 1) notice of temporary cessation <br />A notice of temporary cessation, including a check for $144.00, has been <br />submitted under separate cover. <br />Item 2) permanent roads <br />Attached is a revised Exhibit F: Reclamation Plan Map showing the approximate <br />location of roads to be left in place post mining. <br />Item 3) technical revision for conveyor and related infrastructure <br />The applicant will submit a technical revision to the Division should a conveyor <br />system be installed. The technical revision will be submitted and approved prior <br />to construction of the system. The applicant will provide additional financial <br />warranty for the demolition and removal of the conveyor system. <br />There are currently no drainage diversion ditches on site. If drainage diversion <br />ditches are needed in the future to control storm water runoff (i.e., retaining runoff <br />
