Box 628 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />Dear Mr. Fry: <br />foCrestGr,u <br />A <br />N ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES COMPANY <br />Enclosed is the report for chronic biomonitoring tests performed for Western Fuels on effluent <br />from the New Horizon Mine NPDES 007 discharge. There was no statistically significant <br />toxicity effects to either species in any effluent concentration at or below the permitted IWC <br />(lnstream Waste Concentration).
