On 7 September 2011, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved
Cotter Corporation's (Cotter) Surety Reduction request SR -3 on the basis that all reclamation obligations
under Technical Revision TR -16 have been satisfactorily completed. The Division has reduced the amount
of financial warranty required for permit number M- 1977 -300 by $10,455.00. Cotter posted a cash bond
for the TR -16 activity; therefore, a State Warrant in the amount of $10,455.00 plus accumulated interest (if
any) will be sent to you under separate cover.
