Residence Interior Master bedroom- A vertical hairline cracked was noted in the wall on the north side of the room above the door to the outside deck. A hairline crack was noted in a wallboard seam in the ceiling above the east corner near the doorway to the hall. Guest bedroom- A seam crack was noted at the wood/ceiling junction on the west side of the bedroom near the northwest corner. Basement stairwell- A minor crack in the wallboard seam tape was noted in the south corner on the south wall/ceiling junction on the way down the stairs. Basement- A hairline concrete slab crack was noted extending north/south on the east side of the basement stairs. Another crack was noted extending behind the stairwell on the west side of the basement. The extension of a crack from the west side of the basement was noted on the east side of the basement extending to an expansion joint near the door from the west side of the basement. A minor vertical foundation crack was noted in the furnace room on the west side of the basement. A minor concrete slab crack extending north/south was noted on the north end of the west side of the basement near the garage entrance. A minor separation crack was noted on the east wall/ceiling junction above the south end of the east basement entrance. A north/south concrete slab crack was noted in the bathroom near the garage entrance just to the east of the toilet. Residence Exterior Vertical foundation cracking was noted on the south side of the residence. This appeared to be minor cosmetic cracking on a stucco type outer layer that was applied over an insulating Styrofoam layer. There were approximately 12 of these vertical cracks on the outer south foundation. There were approximately seven of these vertical cracks on the outer west foundation wall. A hairline crack was noted on the top middle of the retaining wall near the west basement entrance. An additional hairline crack was noted on the top of the retaining wall near the west end of the retaining wall. A hairline vertical crack was noted on the outer foundation wall near the northeast corner just south of the garage door on the east side of the foundation. A hairline crack was noted just south of the east basement entrance above the retaining wall. Approximately four additional vertical cosmetic cracks were noted in the outer layer of the foundation wall along the east side south of the previously identified crack. • No additional significant pre- existing damage was found.
