Previous minor wall repairs were also noted in this area. A small hairline crack was noted above the west corner of the south entrance to the residence (this appeared to be split along a wallboard seam). A small hairline crack was noted above the west corner of the large bay window on the south side (this also appeared to be split along a wallboard seam). The wallboard seam was visible above the office entrance on the west side of the living room. The doorframe inside the office was unfinished (no trim/molding). There was an inconsistency in the ceiling in the master bedroom. This runs from north to south above the north window and south across the ceiling. It appeared to be visible ceiling drywall seam. A wallboard seam was noted in the middle bedroom on the north side, above the window. This seam was visible running north to south across the ceiling of the room as well. The laundry room doorframe was unfinished. Residence Exterior A minor crack was noted on the northeast corner of the concrete work below the porch on the east side of the residence. A minor mortar separation crack was noted in the middle of the west side foundation. A hole was noted in between two foundation blocks on the north side of the residence. This was located just east of the master bedroom window. The paint on the lower portion of the siding on the north side was very weathered near the foundation.
