• <br />• <br />Residence Exterior <br />There were a few minor cracks noted in the concrete pad just outside the south garage bay door. <br />The paint near the roofline on the west side of the garage was weathered and chipped. There were <br />minor hairline cracks running east/west in the concrete pads outside the north side of the garage. A <br />larger north/south crack was present in the concrete pad to the west of the north porch steps. Minor <br />separation and mortar cracks were seen in the block foundation to the northeast of the north <br />breezeway entrance. On the northwest corner of the main residence a cracked cinderblock was <br />noted at the corner with a mortar crack just above the cracked block. The paint on the east end of <br />the porch near the roof was weathered. Minor mortar /separation cracks were noted on the northeast <br />end of the foundation. Paint around the window frames was very weathered on the north side of the <br />residence. The window frames on the northeast corner showed signs of being sealed. There was a <br />minor mortar /separation crack in the foundation blocks on the north side of the northeast corner. <br />The paint near the roofline was very weathered on the east side of the residence. The foundation <br />blocks on the east side also had mortar /separation cracks. The window frames on the east side also <br />had been sealed or caulked previously to keep out water. The mortar was missing between a few of <br />the foundation blocks on the south end of the east side. The siding paint and the window frame <br />paint was very weathered on the south side. There were some cracks in the siding as well on the <br />south side. A few mortar /separation cracks were apparent on the south side. <br />A large crack was noted in the concrete pad south of the breezeway entrance. This crack was <br />running north/south. The paint near the roofline on the east side of the garage above the breezeway <br />was very weathered. <br />Please refer to the DVD for additional documentation. <br />
