West 2 story deck (exterior) The wood deck was very weathered. The paint on the exterior siding was weathered. The exterior molding around the window panes was severely weathered and cracking. This had caused the windowpanes to become loose. Residence Interior The ceiling upstairs had numerous wallboard seam cracks where the tape had cracked with the shrink/swell normally associated with daily temperature fluctuations. This was seen running east/west along the pitched ceiling and north/south down the sides of the ceiling toward the floor. Cracking was also noted around the stovepipe, where the pipe went through the roof. A crack was noted in the wall above the east window on the upper south corner of the window running up toward the pitched ceiling. The window molding on the interior of the east windows upstairs was very weathered and cracking. Cracked seam tape was noted on the stairs, near the ceiling where the staircase turned from east to south. A minor crack was noted in the living room entrance to the kitchen, in the upper south corner of the doorframe. This crack was also apparent on the kitchen side of the wall running toward the ceiling. A small crack was apparent in the living room, this was noted in the ceiling wallboard seam near the wood beam in the middle of the ceiling the crack extend about 5 inches from the wood beam. Additionally a ceiling wallboard seam crack was noted in the mid -south area of the living room that ran from the east wall about 6 feet toward the west. Small ceiling cracks were also observed near the stove pipe /ceiling junction through the l floor ceiling. A minor separation crack was noted in the shower stall at the tile/ceiling junction. This was in the bathroom closest to the kitchen. On the east wall of the shower stall, there was a crack running north to south through 6 of the tiles on the wall. The linoleum floor was chipped slightly as you move through the hall toward the north part of the residence. The linoleum was cracked as you walked toward the northwest bedroom from the hallway. A minor crack in the wall above the north corner of the doorway into the northwest bedroom from the hallway was also noted. An additional crack was noted in the hallway ceiling/wall junction running west to east along the north side of the hallway heading toward the master bedroom. A major wall crack was noted in the northwest bedroom, above the door to the hallway. This crack ran off the north corner of the door at a 45- degree angle toward the ceiling. The center wood molding above the walk through closet in the northwest bedroom was cracked.
