There was a warped <br />wall panel on the east wall under the south side of the window. <br />Bathroom - There was a minor wall crack was noted under the bathroom window. A hairline crack <br />was noted above the southeast corner of the shower. <br />Residence Exterior <br />The exterior paint was very weathered and peeling in areas along the northeast corner of the laundry <br />room. There was evidence of either crack sealing or mortar resealing on the northeast corner of the <br />kitchen. There was also some evidence of crack sealing on the east side under the kitchen window. <br />The roof on the southeast corner of the structure had previously been repaired with tin after damage <br />to the composite shingles. Weathering and peeling of the paint was noted on the southwest corner <br />of the structure and soffits as well as along the top of the west side of the structure near the roof. <br />There was also some cracks in the caulking around the windows on the west side. <br />Iron Workshop (exterior) <br />This structure was very weathered on the exterior. There was a broken window on the east side. <br />Please refer to the DVD for detailed documentation. <br />Storage Shed (exterior) <br />This building was a bunkhouse at one time. Please refer to the DVD for detailed documentation. <br />Old Cabin (exterior) <br />A minor foundation crack was noted on the west side of the cabin under the broken window. <br />Wood Workshop (exterior) <br />A broken window was noted near the door of the woodshop on the south side. There were two <br />broken windows on the west side of the structure, the south and north windows. <br />Historic Cabin (exterior) <br />Dudley Carson's old cabin (circa 1890, nephew of Kit Carson). The original roof had previously <br />been replaced with a tin roof. <br />• Please refer to the DVD for additional documentation. <br />
