Bare areas caused by surface or ggully era Ton, <br />blown away mulch, etc. shall be regraded, evaded, mulched and have mulch tactic (or blankel) applied as <br />necessary. <br />2.) Areas where seed has not germinated after one season shall be evaluated by the Engineer and COOT <br />Landscape Architect. Areas that have nut germinated shall have seed, mulch and mulch tackifier (or bkmket) <br />reapplied. Work shall be paid far by appropriate bid item. <br />3.)
