We intend to conduct exploration activity in the fall of 2011 through fall 2013 <br />within the period of the Exploration License. Budgetary constrains may delay the drilling of <br />some of the holes identified below to the latter years. <br />d Exploration Holes <br />Item 3. The holes are not located on an existing Federal Coal Lease. Surface ownership <br />for drill sites and all potentially disturbed lands is with the Federal Government, administered <br />by the BLM. An application for a Federal Coal Exploration License is currently being <br />processed by the BLM with anticipated issue this October. A copy of this license will be <br />forwarded to the Division once available. <br />
