The Sixth Adequacy Letter includes the <br />letter from you to Mr. Robinson, R Squared, Inc., dated September 30, 2011, the response to <br />which is set forth below, and the following memoranda which were attached to your letter <br />and incorporated by reference: <br />1) Memorandum from P. Hays to W. Erickson (Sept. 23, 2011); <br />2) Memorandum from T. Cazier to W. Erickson (Sept. 28, 2011); and, <br />3) Memorandum from T. Cazier to W. Erickson (Sept. 27, 2011). <br />As you have requested, I have re- stated below each adequacy question presented in <br />your letter, and then provided a substantive response. I am also contemporaneously <br />submitting a written response in a similar fashion to the three memoranda prepared by <br />Messrs. Hays and Cazier, which are incorporated by reference. For your convenience, I <br />have created one master list of attachments for Wildcat's response to your letter and these <br />three memoranda. At your direction, I have attempted to state for each individual <br />response the specific nature of the commitments being made by Wildcat and any proposed <br />modifications and clarifications to the permit application materials submitted on August 8, <br />2011. Wildcat intends that these statements will be incorporated by reference into its <br />August 8, 2011 submittal.
