On August 9, 2011, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety required WFC to
assemble a sampling plan for the stockpiles of soil on the Morgan property, as well as sampling
of undisturbed prime farmland soils on the Morgan property. This sampling plan, assembled by
Key -AG and WFC in consultation with NRCS, OSM, and DRMS, will satisfy the requirements of
that letter.
This attachment contains the sampling plan, sampling plan map (Map 2.04.9 -3), and several
blank pages reserved for the future placement of the sampling plan results.
