Pineda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on May 20, 2009, Mullett Excavating, LLC, whose address and telephone number are P.O. Box <br />322 , Westcliffe, CO 81252; (719) 783 -2056, filed an Amendment application to M- 2000 -115, Mulletts Excavting Pit # 1, <br />which is located at or near Section 19, Township 29S, Range 61 W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Las Animas County. The <br />application was originally approved by the Division on September 17, 2009. However, the Amendment 'was never <br />finalized because the Operator did not post the required financial warranty increase within one calendar year of the <br />approval of the Amendment. In accordance with Rule 4.1 (2) the approval of the Amendment must be reconsidered by <br />the Board and the notification procedures followed as outlined in Rule 1.6. <br />A copy of the application is available for review on the Division website (mining.state.co.us), at the office of the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, and at the Las Animas <br />County Clerk & Recorder's office. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections of the mine plan and /or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted <br />within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process <br />by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
