An Amendment to Permit Number M- 1999 -002 was subsequently <br />submitted and approved by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) <br />changing the post mining land use to commercial industrial. <br />The land owner of record to the affected land (DRMS Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rule 4, <br />Section 4.17.1 (2) is the U. S.
