Dan Hernandez <br />Highway Access <br />A temporary highway access permit will be required. <br />Right of Entry <br />The proposed RDA #1 area is within the current permit boundary. NECC has a right of entry <br />agreement with the surface landowner (Pacesetter Energy Leasing, LLC). The right of entry <br />agreement is enclosed. <br />Cultural Resources <br />An cultural resource investigation was performed in the proposed RDA #1 expansion area by <br />Grand River Institute. Enclosed is a letter from Grand River Institute stating that cultural <br />resources will not be affected by the activities proposed near the ephemeral channel. <br />Threatened and Endangered <br />A vegetation survey was performed in the proposed RDA #1 expansion area by Cedar Creek <br />Associates. Enclosed is a letter from Cedar Creek Associates stating that no threatened or <br />endangered plant species were identified in the study area. <br />Data enclosed to support this technical revision are shown below. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
