The drainages are <br /> all functional but not stable. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Shrub transplant areas were observed in the reclaimed facilities area, Pond 006, and former Topsoil <br /> Stockpile I location. Cattle were grazing in the North Pit area, concentrated near Stock Tank T5. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> Work was underway on the Pond 016A slide repair. A bulldozer was moving material from the base of <br /> the slide into Pond 016A. A compactor was working in the backfilled Pond 016A.
