The drainages are <br /> all functional but not stable. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Shrub transplant areas were observed in the reclaimed facilities area, Pond 006, and former Topsoil <br /> Stockpile I location. Cattle were grazing in the North Pit area, concentrated near Stock Tank T5. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> Work was underway on the Pond 016A slide repair. A bulldozer was moving material from the base of <br /> the slide into Pond 016A. A compactor was working in the backfilled Pond 016A. An excavator was removing <br /> sediment from the south end of Pond 016A, and a truck was moving the material to the approved locations <br /> northeast of the pond. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
