Update Identification of Interests
Dear Mr. Hernandez:
On behalf of New Elk Coal Company, (NECC) enclosed is an application for a minor revision to
update the identification of interests section of the permit. NECC wishes to have T K Mining,
Services, LLC appointed as the Operator at the New Elk Mine. NECC will remain as the
applicant and permittee.
Amended pages 2.03 -4, 4a and 4b are enclosed.
