<br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamotfon Act for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials. The proposed operation is known as the Schmidt Site,
<br />and is located at or near Sections 12 and 1, Township 34 'forth. Range 03 West,
<br />10th P.M.
<br />The proposed dote of commencement is December 1st, 2011, and the
<br />proposed date of completion is November 30 2015. The proposed future use of
<br />the land is residential and related uses.
