The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 26, 2011, a minor revision application (MR -217) to
the Trapper Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -010, operated by Trapper Mining, Inc., P.O. Box 187, Craig, CO
81626 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The intent of MR -217 is to remove monitoring
from NOI -CX- 2005- 189 -06. The four wells (05- LW -21, 05- LW -25, and 05- LW -27) will be added to the
P.A.P. for C -1981 -010, and this action will increase the bond liability for this permit by approximately
$23,000.00. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated
thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
