Energy Fuels Resources <br />Corporation (EFR) does not consider any of the information to be confidential, so we are <br />not submitting Form 1. Also enclosed is an electronic form and application fee of $86. <br />The proposed 14 -15 drill hole program for the fall of 2011 is to be in the immediate area <br />and as offset holes to the several holes drilled previously by EFR on Tenderfoot Mesa. <br />All prospecting activities will be conducted in the same manner as the previous work <br />under P- 2008 -0059. Included are a map, UTM drill hole location coordinates, air photos <br />showing locations and access routes, and photos of each proposed drill site. <br />A copy of this NOI was sent to the Grand Junction Field Office of the BLM by certified, <br />return receipt mail. The evidence the BLM received the notification will be forwarded to <br />DRMS when EFR receives it. The Mesa County Board of County Commissioners was <br />also notified of this NOI modification by the same method and return receipt of that <br />notification will also be forwarded to DRMS. <br />EFR has a state wide bond posted (No. K07346323). It has an adequate amount not <br />allocated, which can be applied to this modification by DRMS.
