The <br />amendment seeks to change the end use on 303 out of 1412 acres of the permit area from rangeland to rail <br />transload and storage yard, allow for a permanent equipment parking area, and to leave roads to access the <br />mined property. No other changes are proposed. This office has no objection to the proposed amendment. <br />
