Y .., <br />RE: Glass Gravel Pit, File No. M- 1981 -022 <br />Operator: Connell Resources, Inc. <br />Contact: Larry Johnson, (970) 223 -3151 <br />Sec. 3, Twp. 7 North, Rng. 69 West, 6th P.M., Larimer County <br />COMMENTS: The applicant has requested to reduce the performance and financial warranties for the Glass <br />Gravel Pit from $148,500 to $79,626. The site has 1 acre remaining to be backfilled, which is anticipated to be <br />completed by June of 2012. The applicant has provided a breakdown of estimated reclamations costs. This <br />office has no objection to the proposed financial warranty reduction. <br />Evaporative depletions from the 1 acre of exposed ground water at the site are currently replaced pursuant to an <br />approved substitute water supply plan, valid through May 31, 2012.
