Dear Ms. Kuck:
On September 23, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Ace West Trucking,
Inc. request for a 112c Surety Reduction inspection for the Ace West Trucking, Inc., North River Gravel Pit,
Permit No. M- 1999 -007.. As of today September 30, 2011, the request appears to meet the requirements of
Rule 4.17.1. Per rule 4.17.2 (2), the Office has 60 days to inspect the site to determine if the request can
be approved based on the conditions observed at the site. Division staff will contact you in the near future
to schedule an inspection. Based on the rule the decision date is set for November 29, 2011.
