C. Project Description. Describe all aspects of the operation including mining, milling, and <br />exploration methods, materials, equipment, workforce, construction and operation schedule, power <br />requirements, how clearing will be accomplished, topsoil stockpile, waste rock placement, tailings <br />disposal, proposed number of drillholes and depth, depth of proposed suction dredging, and how <br />gravels will be replaced, etc. Calculate production rates of ore. Include justification and <br />calculations for settling pond capacities, and the size of runoff diversion channels. <br />Reclamation will commence as slope construction. The highwall will be built out to a 311:1V slope using process fines. <br />The slope will be compacted and graded until a foot print leaves less than a two inch depression. Approximately <br />three inches of topsoil will be placed on the reconstructed slope and compacted. The recommended seed mix will be <br />broadcast seeded at the rate of 40 lbs /acre. Straw mulch will be spread on the slope and tracked into the ground. <br />Reclamation will be completed using loaders and bobcat. Activity will begin during midfall, prior to the first <br />snowfall.
