By mutual agreement, drilling activities
proposed by Tomichi Resources will not extend beyond previously disturbed, existing roadways. All
but two drilling locations are within the ROW of roads currently being used and maintained. The
other two locations are on previously built roads not now in use. Reclamation for all locations will
amount to little more than routine road maintenance, leaving drill site locations in better - than -found
condition.
We note that the final decision approving the proposed Plan of Operations by the Forest Service will
be documented in a Decision Memo once all analyses are complete. We are awaiting concurrence by
the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service with our findings related to lynx, and State Historic Preservation
Officer concurrence with our findings related to cultural /historic resources. We, are not considering,
and do not anticipate any change to, the aspects of the proposal described in your September 16
letter.
Sincerely,
tik C M/bitt .
OHN R.
