Subject: ;P- 2011 -018 Notice of Intent_ Response to Reclamation Notice Deficiencies dated
September 26 2011_Forest Service Concurrence.
On behalf of Tomichi Resources LLC, Gault Group LLC provides the enclosed documentation
as responses to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) letter of
remaining deficiencies dated September 26 2011. In italics below are descriptions of the
outstanding deficiencies.
1. "The application notes 0 acres of disturbance. ... 0 area of disturbance is not accepted
and the Division is requesting a re- assessment of the disturbance area. ...provide
documentation from the Forest Service supporting the area of disturbance assessment for
consistency."

Documentation;
• Attachment B: September 16, 2011 Supplemental Information Letter(s) and
accompanying figures.
2. "Page 6, (11) and Attachment B, (3) note existing roads will not need reclamation, but
then notes that roads designated for Forest Service decommissioning will be. Please
provide documentation for Forest Service specifications of the proposed work, and
written acceptance from Forest Service of this proposal. ...is necessary for the Division
to calculate a financial warranty amount."

3. "A Financial Warranty was submitted for the project in the amount of $24, 740.00. ...
Please provide the estimate and supporting documentation used to establish the
$24, 740.00 amount."
• Please see detail from item # 6 of the September 19 letter response. That estimate
and supporting documentation for the now approved surface reclamation prescription
remains the same.
