The attached documentation includes the following for your records: The following provides a description of the field conditions encountered during pond construction based on TEC field records. The Henderson Mine Sedimentation OMB #1.2 is a 26 acre -foot, sub -grade pond that was constructed using standard construction methods with an excavator and haul trucks. Thispond is lined with a 40-mil High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) liner which is anchored intordie pond berms (see drawings). The inlet to the pond consists of a concrete flume structure with +two 16- inch HDPE conveyance pipes which enter the pond. The pond outlet consists of aisinglthl6 -inch HDPE conveyance pipe which terminates into a concrete outlet box. The anachedltas -built drawings provide details on the pond, inlet and outlet structures. Pond excavation began on September 14, 1995 and was completed on October, 18, 1995. The pond finer was installed between October 31, 1995 and November 25, 1995. Duringrthii period,
