The <br />attached documentation includes the following for your records: <br />The following provides a description of the field conditions encountered during pond <br />construction based on TEC field records. <br />The Henderson Mine Sedimentation OMB #1.2 is a 26 acre -foot, sub -grade pond that was <br />constructed using standard construction methods with an excavator and haul trucks. Thispond is <br />lined with a 40-mil High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) liner which is anchored intordie pond <br />berms (see drawings). The inlet to the pond consists of a concrete flume structure with +two 16- <br />inch HDPE conveyance pipes which enter the pond. The pond outlet consists of aisinglthl6 -inch <br />HDPE conveyance pipe which terminates into a concrete outlet box. The anachedltas -built <br />drawings provide details on the pond, inlet and outlet structures. <br />Pond excavation began on September 14, 1995 and was completed on October, 18, 1995. The <br />pond finer was installed between October 31, 1995 and November 25, 1995. Duringrthii period, <br />
