Box 732 <br />Lamar, CO 81052 <br />Re: Notice that you have not posted a Financial and/or Performance Warranty for your approved Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board Permit Application <br />Dear Mr. Peterson: <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) has directed the Division to remind applicants when they have not posted <br />the required financial warranty and /or the performance warranty by the 9` month of the application approval date. <br />As of the date of this notice, our records indicate that you have not posted the required warranty for your - approved <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board permit, file No. M- 2010 -062. If you do not post the required warranty by December <br />15, 2011, (365 days from the date your application was approved) you must be scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing <br />according to the provisions of Rule 4.1(2).
