The operator certifies that the 68 acres have not been disturbed by Lafarge. This office
has no objection to the requested partial acreage release. Based on the most recent information received by
this office regarding the Lyons Pit, this site is not currently being mined, and therefore is not covered under a
current substitute water supply plan. Prior to the recommencement of mining at the site, the applicant will need
to obtain either a gravel pit or other type of well permit for the site, as applicable. Prior to obtaining a permit, an
approved water supply plan or decreed plan for augmentation will be required. Please contact me at this office
if you or the applicant have any questions.
REcEr
SEP 2 7 20.1
Division of Redarri.
6Uiin6ng
&
SEP2.72011
