Sep 26 11 04:54p Mary Keyes 303 984 0362 p.2 <br />The Operator shall CEASE AND DESIST all activities at the site, with the <br />exception of Division - authorized environmental and safety compliance. <br />The Board imposes the following CORRECTIVE ACTION against the <br />Operator: the Operator shall, within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this <br />Order, submit a properly executed financial warranty in the amount of $48,000.00. <br />The Board imposes a CIVIL PENALTY of $2,500.00 pursuant to section 34- <br />32.5- 124(7), C.R.S. All but $500.00 of the civil penalty is suspended if the Operator <br />complies with the corrective action in the time specified.
