I am assuming
that response adequately addresses both of those issues.
I am attaching the Proof of Publication of the legal notice on the Knodel Pit from
the Wray Gazette. I am also providing copies of the Proof of Notification of
landowners and adjoining landowners.
Yuma County is especially aware of the recommendations provided by NRCS as
reclamation occurs. They do intend to work closely with the technicians to make
sure the reclamation efforts will prevent erosion at the site.
Please let me know what additional information is needed at this time.
