I made an error on County map. It is not 13.95 acres. It is 17.4 acres. A new map, a <br />land survey map is supplied. <br />2. A new map will be submitted showing 17.4 acres. <br />3. Will dig test holes approximately two feet apart except where pine trees, rocks and any <br />other obstacle is present. We will stay away from these obstacles at least two or more <br />feet. No trees will be cut down for this purpose. sF E Pilo To (A). <br />4. Timber on front of opening and gate will be maintained. No improvements will be done <br />to adit. DANGER signs will be posted. See copy of sign about the danger of old mining <br />operations. <br />5. See large print of Land Survey Plat Map. Processing will be done 110 etG R o ar <br />creek using self contained equipment. <br />6. None will be disturbed. <br />7. See drawing and photo (3) 12'x12' area. B -1 and B -2 photos, #1, #2, #3. Also see <br />location of area on new land survey map. <br />8. All equipment is electric powered. No fuel for prospecting equipment will be on site. <br />9. We will stay 300 feet or more away from the creek. Marked on map. <br />10. See map with dots. (Land survey map) 300 feet. <br />11. 110 feet, self contained water supply and no fuel used. It is all electrical equipment. <br />12. "A" It will be collected in a #3 wash tub. For part "B" see attached sheet marked #12 B <br />13. Will filter and reuse over and over. If water needs to be added, purchased water from <br />five gallon jugs will be used. <br />14. No prospecting holes have been dug in the last year. I have been in litigation for a <br />permit for over two years. I will comply with rule 5.6 for an annual report when I get a <br />prospecting permit and begin prospecting. <br />15. These are historic prospecting operations and surface disturbances. I do not intend to <br />touch them. If the state wants to fill them, they are welcome to do so. These are not <br />my test holes. I intend to fill any new holes with processed rock that was removed from <br />that same hole. <br />16. "A" The floor consists of rock. Little to no under growth is there. See photos on page <br />B #1, picture #3. "B" No fertilizer used, it is a driveway. "C" No mulch or seed is <br />needed, it is a driveway. <br />17. Little to no disturbance will be done that would require equipment to reclaim the land. <br />The holes will be refilled by hand shortly after processing the material. Hand tools are <br />all that is needed. <br />
