Hello Ron and Susan. This e-mail will serve as our office's adequacy review of the application for Technical
Revision TR -58 to New EIk Coal Company's New EIk Mine (C- 1981 -012). As the Proposed Decision Due Date
for TR -58 is Monday September 19 at 5 pm, and as I will be out of the office for most of next week, we would
appreciate it if a request for an extension of the Proposed Decision Due Date to Friday September 30 were
submitted by Monday the 19
