On 26 September 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your
Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations (NOI) for the London Butte Underground
Exploration project. The non - confidential Form 2 was posted on the Division's web site on 26
September 2011. Any public comment on the London Butte Underground Exploration project must
be received by the Division no later than 10 working days after the posting date, which is close of
business on 11 October 2011.
The Division has commenced its review of the NOI and will contact you within 20 working days of
the posting, on or before 25 October 2011, regarding any deficiencies in the NOI.
