Box 16851 <br />Denver, CO <br />80216 <br />RE: Willow Creek Mine, Permit No. M -1983 -011, Need for Application Amendment <br />Dear Mr. Blecha: <br />In order to satisfy the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) order issued for the Willow Creek Mine <br />on January 7, 2011, all lands affected by the mining operation must be included in the approved affected <br />area.
