Regarding depth of sumps: <br />The original sump depth of 7 feet was used as a precautionary measure; however, after <br />site visits and re- evaluation, it was decided that the sumps will be excavated at a <br />dimension of 8'x 8' x 4' in depth. Drill cuttings will be contained and disposed in sump. <br />3. Regarding impact to roads: <br />There is no anticipated impact to any roads. <br />4. Water Source: <br />Per the Colorado Division of Water Resources the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River is an <br />acceptable source for our surface water diversion to supply the drilling operations with <br />water via a water truck. With the irrigation season coming to a close there are no active <br />calls on this water source. <br />4. Native Vegetation of the area: <br />Native Vegetation in the area consists of sage brush, mutton grass, buckwheat and <br />various wildflower varieties. As noted before, the exploration is for a short duration <br />along existing roads. <br />5. Protection and segregation of topsoil and overburden: <br />Topsoil will be stockpiled separately from overburden and covered by plastic to protect <br />its integrity. <br />6.
