EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description <br />The amendment area is a tract of land primarily located in the SWl /a of the SW' /4 of Section 12, <br />Township 16 South, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, El Paso County, State of <br />Colorado as described below.
