Besides the May 20, 2011 variance comments,
comments were also previously provided on March 24, 2011 for the overall class II permit.
Sections IV -VII (Submittals Requested in Previous Reviews for Road Variance, Submittals Requested in
Previous Reviews for Class II Permit, Submittals Newly Requested Based on May 20, 2011 Class II
Materials, and Concluding Submittal Notes) outline information needed in future submittals.
