Site maintenance over the ten -year liability period will include a CAT D3G dozer for 4 hours each year
for five years of the ten -year liability period. A CAT 14H motor grader will be needed for 4 hours
each year over five years of the ten -year liability period. A flatbed truck with two laborers for 1 -week
(40 hours) each year for miscellaneous maintenance. The hourly cost for CAT D3G dozer is $72.18,
the hourly cost for a flatbed truck and two laborers is $60.43, and the hourly cost for CAT 14H motor
grader is $112.13
