Please revise the text <br />to include all topsoil piles with reference to locations proposed under PR -1. <br />16. Approved Exhibit 20 -1 identifies Post - Mining Land Use in the permit boundary. The proposed Exhibit 20 -2 identifies cropland and references "seed mixes Nos. 1 and 3 from <br />Tab 22." There is currently not a cropland seed mix in the approved HGTI PAP. Please <br />acknowledge if the referenced seed mixes are the same as the seed mixes found on Tables <br />20 -1 and 20 -3 in the HGTI PAP or if the seedmixes are associated with the proposed <br />Table 20 -5 submitted with PR -1. <br />18. Please update any information involving Stream Buffer Zones associated with the TAHR <br />addition to the HGTI permit. <br />19. The acreage information provided on the application form submitted with the revision materials <br />appears to be in error. The form indicates there will be a increase in permitted acreage of 214.7 <br />acres, with corresponding increases in state (56.1 acres) and private (158.6) acreage. Appendix <br />3 -1 of the currently approved Seneca II -West permit application package includes a legal <br />description for the TAHR that shows that the total acreage is 214.5 acres, of which 55.7 acres <br />are state owned. Please verify which acreage is correct, and revise the application form if <br />necessary. <br />20. The Division as compiled the attached reclamation cost estimate for the tasks associated with <br />the reclamation of the TAHR. This estimate is sufficient to reclaim all areas associated with <br />the proposed activities under PR1. Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC submitted a reclamation cost <br />estimate which reflected a direct costs of the TAHR reclamation in the amount of $203,419.00. <br />The Division's total reclamation costs associated with these activities are estimated to be <br />
