This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and <br />it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial <br />Warranty is $2,836.00, the permitted area is 1.87 ± and the pit <br />is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is <br />installed at the entrance to the pit. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regula- <br />tions, and in the annual notice letter. <br />(1) Mining is complete. <br />o <br />4 '462_ <br />,9-Ir RA <br />(2) Resoiling grading and backfilling continued on the 1.87 <br />acres left in the permit (brown). The sight berm on the <br />north side of this area contains recyclable material than <br />will be screened to remove larger pieces of concrete and <br />asphalt. The remaining fines will be used to complete <br />grading and soiling of the slope. <br />(3) No additional land will be disturbed since mining is com- <br />plete. <br />(4) Final slope grading, and resoiling will be continue this <br />year.
