September 13, 2011 C- 1992- 081/Hayden Gulch Loadout JDM <br />r ti <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />This was a complete coal inspection of the Hayden Gulch Loadout conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. The <br />loadout site was dry and the weather was clear at the time of the inspection. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads in and around the loadout facilities were dry and accessible. No problems were noted at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The coal handling facilities have been demolished.
