L.G. Everist, Incorporated has filed an application amend- <br />ment to their Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. <br />The mine is known as the Carr Gravel Resource (permit # M -1988- <br />048) and is located in parts of Section 26, 27 & 35, T -11 -N, R- <br />67-W and parts of Section 1, T -10 -N, R -67 -W, 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. <br />The date of commencement for this mine was 1988 and the <br />proposed date of completion December 2045.
