THIS GENERAL WARRANTY DEED is dated to be effective as of July 12, 2011, and is <br />made between: <br />RANDY B. LEHR, TRUSTEE OF THE VICTOR LEHR. TESTAMENTARY TRUST <br />( "Grantor "), whose legal address is Rural Route 1, Box 98, Texhoma, Oklahoma 73949, <br />and <br />L. G.
