Exhibit M OTHER PERMIT AND LICENSES
1. An Air Pollution permit in place (85WD068F).
2. A Use by Special Review permit from Weld County was approved
for this use on November 24, 2010, Case # 2nd AMUSR 840.
3. This is a open pit operation and ground water will not be
exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is unnec-
essary.
4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required at this time
because waters of the U.S. will not be impacted. If wetland
areas are mined we will obtain the necessary permit. There
are no wetlands on the permitted lands.
5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) exists for the mine,
(COR- 340728).
6. No dewatering is necessary for the mining operation.
