Where
visual or audible signs occur, the area will be repaired.
• Destructive samples will be taken every 1,0001f of seam from the material in the trench
area. At least 2 samples will be taken if less than 2,0001f of seam installed.
• Destructive samples will be sent to a lab for testing (peel and shear). The test values will
be a minimum of 80% of parent material strength.
• The liner contractor shall supply daily reports to the Owner.
Geotextile Liner Installation
• Performed by contractor, monitored by Mill Superintendent and/or Owner's Engineer.
• Layout geotextile liner on polypropylene liner on impoundment bottom. Panels will
overlap adjacent panels lft.
M1990 -057 September 16, 2011
