11. Comments:
This past year the Division approved release of the French Property - the east portion of the Lohmann
Sand and Gravel Mine on June 21, 2011. There were no new mining areas opened on the Lohmann
property this past year due to lack of market demand. The minimal mining and processing operations
that did occur happened in areas that have previously been opened for mining. We mined some
more of the sand and gravel deposit in those areas and processed pit run stockpiles. Unfortunately,
next year will probably be similar. We did not progress on reclamation or the clay liner installation this
year. Of course, if we do any reclamation and clay liner installation in the coming year, we will submit
construction quality results to the Division. Please see the attached map for reference to areas.
