At the time of my purchase I received a reclamation report from Mr. Brandon and had
contacted you about that report. I have also been in contact with Whitewater and feel that there
presence on the property is no longer needed.
In your report you talk about the success of their planting and the presence of weeds. Prior to
purchasing the property I inspected it and concluded that the growth although sparse in places is
acceptable to me. The weeds are always a concern but again in its current state they are not
overgrown and well under control. While in negotiations with Mr. Brandon he explained to me
that he had contracted with Whitewater to maintain weed control and I agreed to take on that
responsibility from him.
When we talked I explained to you about some improvements I wanted to do on the property and
you explained to me about a TR. Although you make it sound simple to file a TR after I complete
the work I am doing, it seems to me to be unnecessary as the property is mine and I am not doing
any mining. I believe you would require Whitewater to file the TR and pay for its review. As I am
doing the work I don't see this as fair to them.
In conclusion I am happy with the condition of the property and would like Whitewater released
from any further reclamation responsibilities on it.
Sincerely,
r
Shawn Ridgley
State of Colorado
County of Mesa)
ss
Subscribed and sworn to and before me, in my presence, this day of
by RPM Investments, LLC (Shawn Ridgley) as owner of the property.
My commission expires
Notary signature
1— /7 , .2042-
DIANEE ID BEET ON
NOTARY
STATE OF COLORADO
, 2011
